Before co-founding Breezy, Josh held leadership roles across agencies, nonprofits, and startups, helping brands connect meaningfully with their audiences. He brings a visionary yet pragmatic approach to marketing that combines storytelling with data-driven insights.

His work has spanned creative leadership, content funnels, and brand transformation across sectors like faith-based initiatives, SaaS, service providers, and nonprofits. A self-described “perpetual explainer of the funnel,” Josh is passionate about building marketing systems that scale with purpose.

When he’s not crafting brand strategies, Josh serves his local community, spending time with his wife and three boys, and sharing his knowledge as a fractional CMO and creative mentor.
