12.2 Service Delivery Timelines

- Consulting & Strategy Services: Delivered as scheduled based on the consultation package purchased.

12.3 Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely fulfillment of services, clients must:

Failure to meet these obligations may result in project delays, for which The Breezy Company, LLC is not liable.

We reserve the right to modify our fulfillment timelines due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to high demand, technical issues, or third-party dependencies. Any changes will be communicated to the client as soon as possible.
13. Creative Ownership Terms & Conditions
This document outlines the creative ownership terms and conditions of The Breezy Company related to the work we do for our clients.
13.1 Final Deliverables
Once an asset (e.g., social post, blog, lead generation item, etc.) is completed and finalized, the client gains full ownership of the final deliverables. This includes:
- Approved and finalized content (designs, social media graphics, blog content, videos, etc.).
- The right to use the final deliverables indefinitely, regardless of future engagement with our company.
- The ability to modify, share, and repurpose the final assets at their discretion.
13.2 Our Retained Rights
While the client owns the final deliverables, we retain the right to:
- Use completed work for portfolio purposes, case studies, and promotional materials.
- Reference past projects in marketing efforts unless otherwise agreed upon.
13.3 Exclusions from Ownership
The client does not own or have rights to the creative process, including but not limited to:
- Any software templates (e.g., graphic templates, video templates, custom website themes).
- Raw creative assets (e.g., raw video footage if The Breezy Company created it, photos we produced, voiceover files we produced, drafts, working files).
- Proprietary tools, methodologies, or processes used to create the final deliverables.

Clients may use the final deliverables as they see fit but do not have access to or ownership of the underlying creative process or raw materials.
